I wanted to say that I always have the best experience at Savage BMW! My service advisor is Paul Brewer he's helpful, informative, and alway provides me with excellent service. I give him a rating 10. He's been helping me out with issues on my car since June 2009. I wanted to show my appreciation. He's been very patient with me an my issues with car. great service and selection 8/20/2010

I just bought my Mini Cooper here about a month ago and it had to be my fastest and most painless car buying experience. I worked with Stormy who showed me some of the cars on the lot and took me for a very fun test drive. I loved driving the Mini, but the perfect car just wasn't on the lot. I specified what I was looking for - color, extras, all the details - and he told me that he would find a car for me. I got a call the next day that he found the perfect car at another dealership and he could have it brought in. A few days later, I came in to sign the papers and take my new baby home. It was exactly as promised, down to the stripes. I was so excited! Total time spent at the dealership was probably just over an hour in 2 visits. You really can't beat that. Like I said, painless! If you're looking to buy a Mini I would highly recommend driving out to Mini of Ontario for great service and selection. more

I like the service crew. They called me by name and shared the details of the part failure. Even took me out into the shop to view the problem. The work took longer than I would have liked but it was not due to the shop. You can not stock every single part. We will be back. Rod Chambers more

I found the experience with this company outstanding both in getting information from the service writer (kyle) and the sales person that I was dealing with (albert). I have had to post pone my purachase at this time but will start over soon. I am glad that this company is now close by and prresent thmeselves in a very favorable manner. twig more
