""We loved our trip ! it was GREAT. We got to see Hawaiian Monk seals on the beach and the sea turtles swimming in the ocean. One came right up by my son on his body board. The weather was perfect. The nights were cool for sleeping. We drove all over the whole island (where there were roads), went kayaking down a river, went to waterfalls and jumped off rope swings and rocks. The only bad thing was the waves this time of year made it very hard to find any good spots to do any snorkeling, but the waves were beautiful to watch. What's with all them people talking crap (excuse the language) All's gotta do is just follow the steps they tell you and you;ll be just fine... they have plenty of staff to answer any questions... if one is not helpfull enough for you... hang up and try again... I always wanted to travel to Spain, but it was too expensive. However, my dream became true when contacting Millennium Travel and Promotions. I was able to spend two weeks in Madrid, Spain. The promotion package they provided me with was affordable that I could not believe it. I know it took me a little bit to understand how it works, but it was worth my time. What Can?t I tell about guys? You guys are awesome. The promotion package you offered to my husband helped him tremendously to plan our honey moon. Even though my husband was really busy, He was able to provide all the necessary info throughout the steps of the application. My husband and I had a great time in Cancun. The view that we had from our 9th floor room was unbelievable and beautiful?At night, the starts and the moon looked so shiny and beautiful. These people were the lure that a local time share group used to get us to listen to their presentation. After declining we were given the packet entitling us to 3day-2night ""vacation"". After running us around for almost a year, constantly denying us our choices or asking for additional information we were finally ""given"" our vacation offer. I say given because in addition to the $100 fee I put up front they now wanted another $573.90 for my 2 night stay at a ""standard"" hotel in the ""Las Vegas Area"". This in addition to flying me out of an airport in a city 2 hours from where I live when there are 3 other major airports within 15 minutes to 1 hour from where I live. Be sure to read section E on the back of the packet for the vacation. It talks about the extra taxes, fees, surcharges, etc. This is how they bump the free vacation up to almost $700 in my case. And don't be fooled by the high star rating they have. All the good reviews seem to come in on the same day. How odd, unless, hmm, is it possible those aren't real reviews. No that can't be it. A year ago we we got a free (yet still had to pay 100$ up front to which they say they will reimburse) complete getaway package, we fill out all the necessary paper work with our dates and places. A couple of weeks a later we get a letter stating we did not choose our dates correctly. We resent it...did not hear anything again. Our two first options have come and gone. Today I decide to call to make sure that everything was in line for the 3rd option day. Javier employee # 305 tells me that they had sent out another letter. Told him I never received any other letter to the reason I was calling on the status of our free trip. He continues to argue by telling me it was sent and it was my fault I never completed the form. WOW and that went on and on...Javier needs to learn his customer service skills, he was rude and unhelpful he last words where they will refund us our 100$ and it would take about 3-5 business days. Now, we wasted all this time filling out paper work and our time and we have no vacation to go to. Now I will be waiting for my check. Even the web site shows all great companies who buy those certificates, I don't believe they know how the general public, people who are getting those certificates are getting ripped-off. The Millennium Travel would not send certificate holders to any Free vacation, there is nothing FREE. With us at first, they were telling for the whole year that our dates are not available, now they have 2 month till our expiration day, and they are using a different technique by telling us, that surcharges we may have to pay will range between $1000 and $3000 for 3 days vacation, and we can not either confirm, nor check those charges in any public sources. If we do not like it, we can have a refund. The only problem, that refund is not even cover the actual cost that vendor had to pay for our certificate to those people. Take a look at web, and start reading millions of complains from general public. Business owners, do not support those crocks. They need to be stopped. Cons: ripp-off more
