Good: Everything, from the moment I arrived to the minute I left.. Bad: N/A. Improvements: None!. Other: I love this hospital. I was treated with the utmost respect, compassion and care. I felt as if I were the only patient they had there that day. Everyone made me feel at ease and very comfortable. This was my second shoulder surgery and after having the first one done at a regular hospital, this experience made me speechless. I love this hospital & will recommend it to everyone who needs orthopedic surgery. This hospital is absolutely amazing and the bedside manner of every single person is to be commended..
