Mickle Electric & Heating Inc. started working with my dad 10 years ago as a subcontractor, and they always worked together well. When my dad retired and I took over, I continued to use Terry and Mickle Electric because of the good service he gave my dad. I have a very good working relationship with him. They always do a good job. Mickle Electric is timely and courteous with home owners. Everything goes smoothly with them. Overall my experience with Terry has always been great. Terry tries to do his best for me. He is a top notch guy and is willing to help. Mickle Electric & Heating Inc. does what they can to get the job done. If something comes up, Terry is willing to go over and above, even if it means it will come out of his own pocket. He does a nice job. My overall experience with Terry and his outfit has been great. more

NO EXTRA CHARGE 7/18/2011

Good service and follow up after the fact just all too often seem to be old fashioned in the world we live in today. I had a poor experience with the first company that I called out to handle what I assumed would be minor issues at my home. They were rude and did poor work leaving oversized and unneccesary holes in the walls. Needless to say, I had to stop them short of finishing all of the work when they told me there was little they could do about it. Thankfully a friend of mine from church suggested I try Mickle Electric to finish the work on the minor re-wire at my home. THANKFULLY I DID ! They were kind enough to inform me of everything that was going to take place in my home before doing it, and advise me of my options. When they were finished the work was clean very professional as I had expected in the first place. Not only that, but the men that did the work was couteous and proffessional AND they cleaned up the mistakes that the other company had made - FOR NO EXTRA CHARGE. more

we used mickle when we first moved in to our house, seven years ago. it was january 1, our heating went out, a large snowstorm was headed our way and we were expecting 25 people for an in-house wedding ceremony. after an emergency order of firewood to burn so we could raise the temperature in the house, we were able to get mickle to come out and fix the problem. they were here within two hours, on a holiday! yes, we had to pay holiday hours, but they were the only ones who could make it! anyone else would've charged holiday prices, but no one was available to come out. after that, we've used them twice to check our air conditioning. as always, they've been friendly, professional, quick, reasonable and willing to offer advice to avoid future mishaps. i believe i'll always use them! Service - Price - Dependability what elsle can you say about a company that goes out of their way to do a job and do it right. My brother in law who they have worked for and satisfied many times turned me on to Mickle and I am grateful that he did I was pleased with the entire process. Great Work 7/5/2011

My air conditioner went out last week on the hottest day of the year. I called Mickle and they said they would be here within the hour. He started installing a new air conditional and furnance that day. Chris the installer even called me on Sunday to make sure everything was working properly. I will call Mickle for any service needs in the future. I recommend them to anyone. Thanks Chris and Terry. Great Work more

I would call them again 6/28/2011

I put a service call to Mickle Electric & Heating. Basically they were replacing some worn out parts as well as adding additional lights for exterior lighting. It went well, and it looks awesome. It turned out nice. The service was excellent; they got it done right. I would call them again. more

Fixed Problem 6/27/2011

I had a problem with my stove at 12:30 in the morning. I called the emergency cell phone # and I could tell that I woke this man up. But, he was very polite and informative. He stayed on the phone with me for over a half an hour while talking me through my problem. I don't know anything about this kind of stuff and was a little panicked. But he continued to be very patient with me. After the whole thing was said and done, my problem was fixed and he didn't even charge me for his time. I can not remember his name but I wish I could because I don't know what I would have done if not for him! If I ever have another problem he will be the first one that I call!!! more

Performed Well 6/24/2011

I did a remodel in my basement for a rec room and it needed wiring. Mickle Electric & Heating got it all up to code and everything was fine. Also, last winter, a tree branch fell on the power line going into our house. They replaced the service mast and made repairs. Everything has performed well after their repairs. more

Very efficient 6/20/2011

We have had numerous occasions where we needed service on various apartments and houses, and when we call Mickle Electric & Heating the servicemen are always Johnny on the spot. We have used them for our personal house, as well as apartments and houses we own, for 15 to 20 years. They are very efficient and are always nice. If I need something done quickly, they always accommodate us. They have a nice crew. If you have any problems, don't hesitate to call Terry or Mike, and they will make sure everything is resolved. more

I chose them because they had fair prices and they said they could get the job done right. When I called with a few concerns, they took care of them. Fine Company 6/10/2011

I needed a New Furnace and Water Heater. Mr. Mickle (Terry) quoted the price and it was an immediate YES by me. Shawn & Chris came out and in less that 6 hours I had a nice warm home and plenty of hot water. I would recommend this fine company to anyone. more
