Michigan Resonance Imaging

Terrible place to work. Don't acccept a "full-time job with benefits" from MRI of Rochester Hills. It doesn't exist. They will lure you away from another job, promise you benefits that don't exist, then fire you two days before those benefits were due to start. Only then do you find out (90 days later) that all the paperwork you filled out for the benefits was never even put in to be processed. When asked why they are firing you, they hand you a copy of the Michigan "hire-at-will policy". They then hire several part-time employees to take your place.I later learned from a co-worker that they offered her a job, but that they would not pay the fee owing to MedMatch. They told her she would be fired immediately if she ever told MedMatch where she was working! Management pretends they are not aware of the offers being made by supervisor, (who by the way was looking for another job). What a zoo. more

I love this MRI center. I’ve had MRI’s at a couple of their locations including Clarkston and have ALWAYS received excellent care from them. They made me feel at home and worked out a payment plan when I had insurance problems. My doctor said the quality of their scans IS FAR SUPERIOR to any Open MRI places like Southfield’s and Open MRI scans take twice as long. I would definitely recommend Michigan Resonance Imaging to anyone. more

THE CLARKSTON STAFF IS TERRIBLE-THEY ARE ONLY INTERESTED IN THEIR OWN CONVERSATION!! THEY DO NOT MAKE YOU FEEL RELAXED-AND IF YOU ASK A QUESTION-THEY ARE VERY COLD AND SHORT!! THIS IS NOT NEARLY AS GOOD AS MRI OF SOUTHFIELD! THEY HAVE BETTER OPEN MACHINES, NICER STAFF- TAKE MY WORD-GO THE SOUTHFIELDS MRI !!! I HAVE THE PHONE NUMBER LISTED IN MY OTHER REVIEW. more

This is the best place to have an MRI done. They have the newest equipment and they also have a mobile unit so you can have one done in Clarkston or at Crittenton hospital, if you don't want to go to Rochester. The units in Clarkston are the largest. That means that they are pretty open which is good if you are claustrophobic. There is plenty of room between the unit and your body. The staff is so nice also. There isn't much of a wait at either of the locations. The techs are so knowledgeable and will explain everything to you. The doctors who read the results are really good also. more
