This club is just not worth the price. I was not impressed with the equipment. Unless you are paying for a personal trainer, it was difficult to find someone on staff to ask questions about the equipment. My monthly membership fees were increased without my being notified of the change. WHen I finally got around to cancelling my membership, I was told I had to drive all the way there in person to fill out paperwork to cancel. I am not on a contract, I go month by month, and still had to waste my time to show up there. And, I had just been billed for the next month the day prior to my cancellation, and they won't refund that amount, or even pro-rate it. Apparently it takes them 30 days to go through 3 or 4 different departments to stop billing me. But of course they were able to start the billing on the day I signed up - that didn't take 30 days.\r
Overall - too expensive, changes made without my knowledge, poor customer service.\r
would not recommend!
