I was very disappointed with Memorial Florist. I had two questions/requests. First off I asked if my order would be charged to my account before the delivery(my wife checks our account regularly) The lady I talked to said That it would not show up on the account until after the delivery. Well my wife found out the day before the delivery that she was getting flowers, due to our card being charged. Second I requested that the flowers were delivered at 2pm sharp. (for my wifes baby shower) I was informed that there is a $20 express delivery charge, I agreed to pay. Well the flowers were there before the people setting up arrived at 11:30. I spoke with the manager, Deanna, about how disappointed I was, she was extremely rude and was not at all interested in customer satisfaction! more

purchased some roses from the Memorial Florist Store Appleton, WI for my mother's birthday - only lasted 48 hours before the heads dried up. Called the store and was told only replacement of flowers within 24 hrs. $50. worth of flowers that looked like heck. I would never go back. more

I received flowers at work, and they were absolutely beautiful, so many people commented they wished they received those flowers for themselves. Also got my flowers from here, well my husband always orders for them - we are very happy with their service and professionalism. more

If you don't mind paying florist prices this is a great shop for you. They have an excellent selection on flowers and plants and it's kept really neat and clean. They burned to the ground a few years ago but made everything better when they rebuilt. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly and always willing to help. If you're shopping for valentines roses hit up Walmart about a week early and you'll get great roses for cheap. They usually last longer than florist roses too. If you have to get flowers at short notice Memorial Florists is the place to get them. You'll pay a high price though. more

These folks make some of the best flower arrangements around! Give them a vauge description of what you like, and they'll make it even better. The florists are all very nice, and treat you like you've been a customer for years, even on your first visit! The only problem is the prices. They are the most respected florist in the valley, therefore they also charge the most for their flowers. more
