Great Detective Work 5/9/2012

This is to thank you for the great detective work in finding the elusive cause of the ""check engine"" light in my wife's car. After all your testing you were sure that the engine air intake valves were the culprits, others weren't so sure. Still driving with no check engine light. more

After worrying myself to death about what was wrong with my car a friend told me to go here. I called and the gentleman said bring it in and we will see whats wrong, they had me up and running perfect in 2 hours. The noise my neighbor who is a mechanic said was an internal engine noise and would cost over a thousand dollars to fix turned out to be a bad water pump. Thanks Meineke! more

I have never in the slightest felt that I was or am being taken advantage of whenever I stop at Meineke. The technicians are straight shooters and tell you what needs to be done. Thank goodness there are honest techs out there like you guys. more

Good customer service. 1/16/2012

I came to this location humbled and hat in hand to buy a scan tool from Brian Cochrane, a mechanic at this location.I am a single parent with a teenage daughter who has recently been undergoing rigorous testing for a painful disorder. I explained my situation to Brian and took what money I could and drove from Long beach to this location to meet and purchase a scan tool from him. When I arrived, I was welcomed with a portion of the equipment and that he would ship the remainder equipment by this weekend. Good customer service. more
