I'v had multiple bad experiences. The worst yet was 1 month ago, early in the morning, a hot day. I had just woke up n went to get their new iced coffee. The guy at the drive up window had the nerve to look at me and say ""is it really that hot that your couldnt put make-up on?"" Now if that was a friend i would understand, but this guy didnt know me! 2nd incident: This morning 6/20/08 went to get another iced coffee, like i do most every morning, not at the same McDonald's every time. I ordered a large n when she handed it to me there was about 2 inces of room at the top. I asked her ""so you guys dont fill them up all the way anymore?"" She said ""This is where they are supossed to be filled to"", ""But if you'd like i can fill it up for you"". She did all this with a horrible attitude. I walk to my car, took a drink n it was grose. Walked back in, while standing in line to get my money back, was a guy asking her why it was not filled all the way. Again, she pumped some more coffee in his cup. I told her it didnt taste right, and also pointed out that the sample on the counter was filled up all the way. Asked her If where she said it was supossed to be filled to then shouldn't the sample look the same way? She completly ignored me the entire time. The only time she acknowledged me was when she was putting my money in my hand. NOTE: this girl was a shift leader or manager. White button up shirt and neck tie. I called customer service. Lets see if they get back to me. \r
Everytime i go to this location is a bad experience, multiple other incidents. Everytime i go there i swear to myself i will never go back. Every other McDonald's is fine! Whats wrong with this one. I know its fast food n i shouldnt expect much, but this is not right!\r
Oh n, the employees are always standing round talking, you have to get their attention when you want to order. Then they make it seem like such a hassle to take your order. Definetly does not make you feel apperciated there.
