Dal Makhani was a bit runny and not with a nice thick gravy. OTOH, the Masala Chole were full of excellent flavors. more

- Delivery is a mess, the first time they delivery the wrong order, then replaced it with the right one. - On another occasion, they delivered the an incomplete order. Did not have time to follow up to fix that. - Food is good but Deliver is seamlessly hopeless. Fingers crossed always. more

I really love this place. I'm not an expert in what is considered "authentic" Indian food (whatever that means), but I've never been disappointed with Mausam...particularly the chicken dishes. My only quibble is the long delivery time, but the food is worth the wait. more

I'm giving Mausam only 4 stars because of the $15 minimum and the $5 delivery fee. I think that should be either one or the other, but not both. An order of butter chicken with naan was almost $30 after the delivery fee and tip. I understand the concept of paying for convenience, but this is almost highway robbery. But having said that, I will also add that I have had the butter chicken twice and it was very good both times. The delivery guy was very nice and the food was still hot when it arrived. I will be ordering from here again next time I have a craving for Indian food. more
