Ford Escape 4/9/2011

JUst drove home my new Escape from Matt Ford. Love the car, love the great deal and excellent service from Jerry Sneed, Louie, Fred, and the entire Matt Ford Family. They always take great car of my cars. This is my 6th purchase and I know it won't be my last! more

Good: This is the fourth vehicle we have purchased from Jerry Snead at Matt Ford. As always he treated us with respect and provided us with great pricing and service. He went over the vehicle features, Synced our phone and showed how to used all of the features. Bad: We like everything. Improvements: Matt Ford and Jerry Snead do not need any improvements and only need to continue doing business as ususal.. Other: Thanks again to Matt Ford. more

My buying experience 3/31/2011

I just recently bought a new 2011 Escape from Matt Ford Sales in Buckner, MO. Jerry Snead is the best sales man. He makes you feel very comfortable with no pressure. I love my new car and wished I would have went there a long time ago. If only every sales man were as great as Jerry Snead. I don't thing I will ever go anywhere else to buy a new vehicle. more

Excellent Salesmanship and that "Home Town Dealer" feeling when you walk in the door! 3/29/2011

I was in search of a Focus SE with 5 Speed Manual Transmission---I found one online at Matt Ford and inquired with an e-mail. I Got a price on line (which was quite good I must say). I received a reply e-mail almost instantly from Jerry Snead. After a few e-mail correspondences and two visits later we drove away with the Focus we wanted. It was a very pleasant expereince thanks to Jerry! Good job! We plan to buy an Escape in a couple years and we'll be back for sure! more

Excellent salesmanship & dealership 3/28/2011

My husband and I recently purchased a 2011 truck from Matt Ford in Buckner, MO. The saleman, Mr. Jerry Snead was "wonderful". So helpful and pleasant. I personally have never experienced such a pleasant experience when looking for and then purchasing a vehicle. If it was possible to rate Mr. Snead and this dealership at a level higher than 5, they would receive more! We are so pleased and excited with our new truck. I can't stop telling everyone where we bought it and who sold it to us. more

Good: This is the second vehicle we have bought from Jerry Snead at Matt Ford. He is the most professional salesman we have been in contact with in years. He is precise and in detail about the Ford products, features, and takes his time with us, and never hurries us to buy. He is always is up front and to the point with fair pricing and values on our trade in. We highly recommend Jerry and Matt Ford and refer everyone to them for new vehicles... Bad: We liked everything.. Improvements: None. Great Place 3/12/2011

I bought a new Fusion at Matt Ford. They treated me fantastic and gave me a better deal than anyone else. The salesman who helped me was Dwane. Give him a try if you are look for a new car. more
