Terrible customer service, untrained staff. 11/15/2011

I will never, ever use this company again. I had new tires installed on a car and all four alloy wheels were severely scratched. Installer was obviously not trained or experienced on the equipment. The real shocker was that the store manager acted like he couldn't care less and offered nothing to rectify the problem. He said Matlock tire ""does not have a scratch free policy"". I took the car to another installer and asked them if I was being unreasonable, and they were shocked and the condition of the wheels. more

With several ASE (National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence) certified technicians, you know that youre in good hands. They provide minor automotive repairs, oil changes, alignment services, brake work and preventive maintenance. Matlock Tire Service and Auto Repair is an authorized dealer for Goodyear, Michelin?, Uniroyal?, Kelley and BF Goodrich. Additionally, they are the only authorized dealer in Knox and Loudon counties to carry the more affordable Dunlop tire.
