I HAVE BEEN WITHOUT AC FOR OVER THREE WEEKS, I VE HAD FOUR SERVICE CALLS DIAGNOSIS AFTER DIAGNOSIS WITH CUSTOM AIR SYSTEM. I CALLED ANOTHER AC COMPANY OUT TODAY WE WERE TOLD THAT WE WOULD GET A CALL BACK RIGHT WITH A TECH AVAILIBILITY, NEVER RECIEVED A CALL BACK AFTER 40 MINUTES SO I CALLED AIR MASTERS AND EPLAINED EVERYTHING TO THEM REGARDING WHAT OTHER COMPANY HAD STATED, SOME OF THE WORK REGARDING WHAT WE WERE TOLD WE FIXED OURSELVES DUE TO COST EFFECT, I EXPLAINED TO AIR MASTERS WITH EVERYTHING THAT WAS DONE THEY TOOK ALL INFORMATION DOWN. AND WAS TOLD THEY WOULD CALL BACK WHEN THERE WAS A TECH AVAILABLE THEY CALLED BACK IN FIVE MINUTES, AND ASKED MORE QUESTIONS ABOUT WORK DONE ON UNIT AND WE WERE TOLD A TECH WOULD BE OUT IN 30 MINUTES, WITHING 3 MIUTES THERE WAS A KNOCK ON THE DOOR AND A TECH CAME IN WAS WORKING ON THE UNIT, AND HAD THE PROBLEMS SOLVED AND WORKING ON REPAIR AND ANOTHER KNOCK LATER OOPS IT WAS AN AIR MASTERS TECH, THE OTHER TECH WAS FINISHING UP WE FELT AWFUL AND AWKWARD HAVING TWO COMPANIES HERE ASSUMING AIR MASTERS WAS THE FIRST TECH BUT WASN T. BUT THE AIR MASTER TECH ASKED THE HISTORY OF THE UNIT AND ASKED WHAT WAS THE PROBLEM STILL SEEMED CONCERNED ABOUT US HAVING A PROBLEM ASKED A COUPLE OF QUESTIONS REGARDING IF THE OTHER TECH HAD CHECKED ON THIS AND THAT, AND SEEMED GENUINELY CONCERNED ABOUT OUR PROBLEM, OFFERED TO PAY A PARTIAL OF HIS SERVICE CALL FEE AND HE REFUSED TO TAKE IT AND TOLD US TO MAKE SURE TECH CHECKED ON SEVERAL OTHER ISSUES AND GAVE US A MAGNET CARD FROM HIS COMPANY,IF THATS NOT TRUE HOMETOWN CUSTOMER SERVICE THEN WHAT IS, I WISH I HAD GOTTEN THE TECHNICIAN NAME BUT AIR MASTERS YOU NEED TO RECOGNIZE THIS EMPLOYEE FOR GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE HE HAD A SMILE AND GENUINE CONCERN AND UNDERSTANDING.
