Based on the outstanding reviews, I decided to give this company a try. I live quite a distance from them so I thought I was out their service area but surprisingly enough I still am Marysville Garage Door came promptly and serviced my garage door. He was very knowledgeable about whats wrong with my roll-up, what parts I will be needing in the future and the cost to install it. No up-sell, no sales pitches. In the end I was pleasantly surprised at the rate he was charging me. more

Saved me major money 7/2/2013

Thank you for being so quick ! When i called i was stuck in the garage and needed to get my son to school. The spring had broken and you guys came so fast it was great and the technican was wonderful. If ever i need garage door repair again i will be calling Marysville Garage Door more

Had you guys replace my springs 6/29/2013

The new opener in my garage is perfect. I was so sick of the chain drive I had before. It was loud, and just always gave me problems. But I just got the new opener, and i am very pleased with this thing. haha. It is MUCH more quieter than the chain. You barely hear it when you are in the house. LOVE IT. Thank you guys so much. more

Thomas had our door fixed before another company could even get out to make an estimate. Parts at cost, labor more than reasonable. We ended up over paying him a little because of a miscalculation, he cut a check and had it to us the next day (a Sunday). Service and integrity clearly top notch. And when was done, the door looked brand new and ran quieter than it ever has. I'll tell my friends if they ever need a repair or install.. more

Great customer service 3/2/2013

Finally honest company . I found this company on a search for someone to replace our broken garage doors; I first looked at doing it myself, but wanted to see how much more it would cost me if someone else installed them. Well I made a call and spoke to Dispatch, and after telling him want I was looking for he gave me a price and said he could have it done the next day. The price was Great bit more then if I bought them myself, well worth me not have to spend my time and labor to install them. And my wife said , tech was very friendly and kind. He even did a great job. more

Called on a Sunday after garage door closed on car and cable broke. Tech showed up right away and had the door operational within an hour. Exceptionally knowledgeable and extremely reasonable. This guy is the best. more

I was 110% satisfied with service and price. Tom came to my house within one hour and fixed my garage door when the company I had used told me it wasn't fixable. He did a great job and is 100% trustworthy. I am so glad I found him! more

I called them at 11 am and tech was at my house at 3:30 pm that afternoon fixing my door. He apologized for taking so long to fit me in, I think getting there in 4 hours is pretty quick! He was professional, reasonably priced and very efficient. I would definitely use them again. more

I called Them at 9:30 am and had my springs, spring tube and wires replaced by 11:30 am. Honest and straight forward service. Tom keeps the business small so you wont pay for corporate greed or technicians hired off the street. He has been working in the business for long time so he knows what hes doing. Most important his tool trailer looks like it has rockets on it. more
