Do not bring your car here for anything, even an oil change. If you ask them to check something that may be wrong with your car, there is a fee. Oh, they will use the money you were required to pay them toward any repair. But, if there is nothing wrong, you will not get your money back. You see, they just do not want you to shop around, can you blame them? Oh there is a sign with small print posted that tells you that to make it legal. They did not verbally tell me they will charge me or write the charge for checking my car out on a form for me to sign because that would make me aware of what I will end up having to pay. They did not tell me what they were going to charge me (which is at their whim) and I was stuck paying or they would not give me my car back. You see, they made me sign a form when I got my car back that says I agree to these charges. Brilliant. They did not care if I complain, they stick to their guns. What pride. I guess repeat business is not that important to them.
