Mama Roma's is rarely busy, so getting food quickly is a high point for them. They're nice, not overly so, which is fine; I can't stand people who think they are cheerleaders. I got the baked spaghetti for $5.29 (give or take on the cents). Made fresh. I waited for ~6 minutes, which is also fine because I like freshness versus heating for a couple hours before I get there. The spaghetti leaves a bit to be desired; the sauce is plain-ol' marinara sauce with a sprinkle of oregano, no meat (hey I love beef or turkey in my spaghetti), and not ENOUGH sauce. The cheese combination on top was PERFECT - many different cheeses and the best seasoning job ever. Mama's is good, not the best, and could be improved.
