Not timely...be prepared to wait for awhile for your scheduled appointment 3/16/2016

The last two appointments have been less than ideal with regard to timing. My appointment a month ago, the stylist was 17 minutes behind with the customer before me. Today she was going on 26 minutes over so I walked out with no haircut. Mind you this after I inquired about scheduling another appointment 20 minutes into my extended wait time. She said she would be right with me. Why is my time less important than someone else's? Very poor customer service/lack of care/concern. more

Great people, great service, great atmosphere! 5/20/2010

I've been getting my hair cut at the Wave for over 15 years now, and they never fail to please. After another local salon chopped off an inch of my super curly bangs, making me appear to have an endless forehead, Making Waves was recommended to me by a friend. They listen, suggest (gently) and always strive for the best. If you're a curly girl, Stephanie and Tracey are awesome. more
