Will Never Use Again!!! 6/19/2011

I took ten items to Macon Cleaners. 7 items shrunk, A zipper was broke, And I told them Light starch on the jeans they put so much starch the clothes were stiff as a board. I couldn't have worn them even if they hadn't shrunk. I always feel like there is room for improvement everywhere however this place needs some major improvement. Haven't been back yet. Hope you do better in hiring your help in the future. more

Great service and excellent quality dry cleaning 6/5/2009

I have used Macon Cleaners for 5 years now and have never been disappointing. My cleaning has always been ready on time and delivered on time. I have never had issues with lost or damaged goods. The customer service has always been friendly and top notch. Pricing is also very competitive. I have used many other cleaning services over the past 15 years, but hands down this is the best. Pros: Customer service, quality cleaning, prompt delivery more

She was given a reciept totaling $46.43 , $37.50 the coat and $6.00 the pair of gloves, for $42.50 + tax of $3.93 totaling the $46.43. My girlfriend asked me to pick the coat and gloves up for her. I did that for a Different price of $61.73 unknowingly paid. She went back to get the difference refunded and was given the run around and was refused the difference of amount paid and the amount supposed to have been paid on the original reciept. \r \r Pros: close to home Cons: lied to and ripped off more
