I was here for a business lunch and it was superb. It's located in the Old Market district and it's very quaint and cozy. We started with the Thai Lavosh and that was to die for. It was a perfect appetizer. I had a hot ham-and-swiss with a small side salad and it was delicious. The portions were perfect and you get great quality and value for the price. The menu was extensive and there were a lot of unique and delicious-sounding choices. \r \r M's was filled up but not over-crowded. I love M's. Have for years. The menu is filled with popular classics, and the food is excellent, expertly prepared and delicious. It's quaint and comfortable - a great atmosphere for a date or catching up with friends. In the summer, there's limited seating outdoors, for Old Market people-watching over cool cosmopolitans. In the winter, sidle up the bar where Smitty (yeh, that's his real name!) can make you a mean Irish coffee that'll warm you to your toes. This restaurant/bar has a definite upscale European flair, a good place to rub elbows with the classier side of Omaha. It isn't cheap. But I think the four-star chefs, succulent servings and personal service make it well worth the price. Reservations are a good idea for dining; the bar usually has a limited wait and is open late into the night.
