My 15 yr old niece called the other night to ask how long a move played, Gene?? answered the phone and gor a little upset with her because she did not have the right movie title. Instead of trying to help her out she got crabby with her....well if you do not know the name of the movie then how can i help you out, with a attitude. I went in and asked why she gave her a attitude and the got snobby with me, told me that my niece should not be so emotional is the word she called it then said she was calling the cops on my if i did not leave......I used to see a move 3- 4 times a month with my family now I will never go there again! Here recently all the smiley faces you once seen are no longer there. You want to go for the good service not bad attitudes. :\
