I have been going to Luna Studio for almost two years now and I absolutely love their service, so much that my mother, grifriends, and some coworkers now go their based on my recomendation and admiring how great my hair always looks. Now recently I have been deeply touched by Luna Studio and how they run their business and are in touch with their clients in good and bad times. I am a school teacher and recently my husband have fallen on hard times with all of our bills and the cutting of hours at both of our jobs doesn't help any. I was forced to cancel my last appointment due to not having enough money and I was embarrased t call them directly to cancel my appointmnet so I emailed them to cancel my appointment on their website. The very next day I recieved a call directly from the owner asking if everthing was ok because it was not like me not to come in for my appointment, without wanting to embarrass myself he asked me if the reason for me calceling was due to hard financial times, I answered yes and I was shocked and touched by what he said next, he said that he has had several clients fall on hard times and he said that we were their to help him grow and support his business that he wanted to repay our loyal patronage by keeping my appointment and making it complimentry. I was deeply touched that he doesn't only run his business based on the dollar only but on kindness. I went to my appointment and as soon as my stylist started on my hair I started to cry, I will never forget this kind of service and they didn't just rush me through or give me their ""free service"" , they gave me the same quality service that I have always been accustomed to. No I see why they won ""best of"" city search in 2007 and on my last visit I learned that they won "" Best Top 200 Salon "" in North America by Salon Today, not only do they run a top successful hair salon, they stay in tune and are their for each and every client. Thank you Luna , you touched my heart!
