Great food, great service more

In the past I've always had a great experience ordering from Luigi's but this time has me reconsidering ordering again. Shortly after placing my order, I received a call from a young sounding female who got verbally aggressive with me. She demanded to know why I had ordered a "gyro sub" and when I responded that I had just ordered the same option that I had previously ordered countless times she became argumentative and reiterated that they did not make a gyro sub. The conversation went round & round a few times as I confirmed that I just wanted a chicken gyro & ordered the option on the site which was the same as listed on their menu. The whole thing was odd but I would have been willing to ignore it had the food not been mediocre. What had in the past been mighty tasty was bland this time. I don't know if it was new staff working or if this would be an anomaly but I don't know if I'm willing to find out. more

For the most part they're a very good pizzeria. We chose outside our normal and was very disappointed. I got a cheesesteak hoagie with fried onions and ketchup. For $8 it was horrible and extremely small. The lettuce was ruined since they put them in between the hot meat instead of on top as normal. The sandwich was very skimpy and tasted plain. Not much cheese, fried onions, or ketchup. We also got a hoagie and as the cheesesteak it was very small. I will never order either items from them. I prefer for value, taste, and quality to go to Carmen's Deli in Bellmawr. I will stick to the panzarroti and wings which are excellent at Luigi's. more

We love this place! Thank you grub hub! Their wraps are AWESOME. Best wraps we've had for a while; and I love the no minimun for delivery. If I want to order a burger for lunch just for me, I don't have to find a way to hit $10! Their burgers and wraps are the best so far that I have tried. We order from them now 2- 3 times a week! They are THAT good. :) more

We used to order a few times a week from here. First it was little things. They wouldn't follow my requests on the order, they would ADD things to my wrap that are not on the menu as listed for the item I ordered. They forget things in delivery. Once they forgot our canollis, most recently they forgot the SIDE salad which is too come included with what I ordered for my husband to eat. Once I ordered 3 salads. 1 - they added things too, 1 - they forgot a salad completely. 1 - they forgot the extra dressing, which I paid for. When I called up they couldn't find my order! Our most recent experiance - they forgot the side salad and the dressing, my wrap (the Asian Grilled Chicken wrap) had FRIED chicken on, I asked for dressing on the side, dressing was the wrap. I am overly disappointed. They had potential. They keep messing up. The bad at this point out ways the good. We will no longer order from here. more

I really am not a pizza gal but I ordered the 4 Cheese Specialty pizza for a sleep over and I am addicted. It is delic. Every dish is wonderful and I HIGHLY reccomend their meatballs. I am Italian and the moment I tasted them, I knew they were handmade and fresh, not frozen. They are not my Ganmom's, God Rest Her, but they are a close 2nd... more

The pizza is very good , and try the salads , there also very tasty and it's hugh .. more

Though I love most of the food, I've been extremely disappointed in Luigi's as of late. They take over an hour and a half to arrive now, over half an hour from their estimated time, and my order is constantly wrong. My pizza was no only wrong but sat so long before it got here that it sogged through the box. I'll be finding an alternative to Luigi's. more

My favorite Italian takeout by far! Best white pizza, and I love their special cheesesteaks. more
