I called this pawn shop to se if they had any game cords but the guy who answerd the phone yelled NO at me. Honestly I have heard alot of good things about this place but i hate it. more

I just want to mention that this pawn shop is THE BEST in downtown Vancouver, WA - I have been to ALL the pawn shops in downtown (right near main street), and my experience with Lucky Loan has been nothing but 5star service... I have pawned multiple items over the years, bought jewelery, speakers, home audio equipment, CDs + more, and every visit/transaction has been a pleasure. These guys have been @ the same location for YEARS, they have outlasted several different pawn shops because they have GREAT SERVICE, good prices, and they WORK WITH YOU. I can't stress how much I enjoy this place, specifically I have been LATE on paying my pawned items on a couple occasions and the owners never have repossessed my items (unlike the OTHER pawn shop 1 block away who I will NEVER do business with again), they ALWAYS gave me a couple more days to come in and either buy my items back or pay the interest. This means ALOT to me, enough for me to write a review extolling the virtues of this business! Go here and you will be happy you did! This is the ONLY pawn shop I deal with now, because of the people who work there, and the kindness they have extended to me and my friends, and they've done it all because they understand good business brings in customers -- and I know my friends and me keep going back. When my son decided to join the school band, I was shocked at the price of buying new instruments and at the cost of renting. I decided to try a pawn shop. Lucky Loan had a large selection of the smaller instruments. They were up front in that they didn't know much about them, but that they'd been checked out by a local music store. Best of all, they said that if we purchased one and the band teacher didn't think it was a good instrument we could trade it for another one. They even gave us a new mouthpiece. Well, the band teacher loved it, and I guess we were the lucky ones because it turned out that our clarinet was a professional instrument and worth a lot of money. That aside, we have purchased all of our band instruments from Lucky Loan. It's much cheaper than renting or buying new. more

I called this pawn shop when my business was robbed to see if they had any clue of how to look for my stolen property. They were extremely helpful in explaining how pawn shops work regarding stolen merchandise. I have ended up visiting them and purchasing some nice jewelry...good prices! more

I purchased two used 8mm video cameras there in one month only because I couldn't find any new ones. I was desperate for an 8mm camera to transfer some old videos. Both worked in the store, but not at home. NO REFUNDS. On the bright side, they were very helpful helping find a camera that worked in the store. I just had an experience that I must share. I went to this "Pawn Shop" looking to see if they had any good used firearms - this is at least a couple hundred dollar purchase. From the start they ignored me as I stood patiently for him to finsh with his last customer. There was another guy ahead of me as well, so I knew I would have to wait. After the two, he deccided to help and old man with a ten dollar pawn, who just stepped up to the window. more
