Lucky Boys Tattoo Parlor

When my wife and I first moved to Washington, we went on the hunt for 'our' new tattoo shop, some place we could dedicate ourselves to when it came to getting our future work done. Without naming names, I'll say that we went to every other shop in Silverdale, as well as every shop we could find in Kitsap County. While most were bad [based on levels of cleanliness, talent, and professionalism], there were a couple of good shops, but Lucky Boys stood out the most. We've both been customers of the shop for going on three years now, and I can honestly say that I have yet to see anything questionable go on there. Their cleanliness and use of sterile technique rivals that of Harrison [seriously, when I went to get a laceration treated, people were trying to touch it WITHOUT gloves], and the atmosphere and comfort level simply can't be matched. Every artist does something a little different, and their personalities are all very different, but they all mix together quite nicely, and spending time in the shop feels like spending time with a family, which they do their best to make you feel a part of. As far as the work is concerned, D-Bot and Sam both do excellent jobs on the piercing front, and on several occasions I have seen them turn customers away because they were either uncomfortable with what was being requested, or because the anatomy just wasn't right. However, when declining to do a piercing, they always explain why, and give a referral to a well reputed shop that may be able to accommodate the customer. Some people may view this as poor customer service, but I think it's the BEST kind of customer service you could ask for in a situation like this, and that's honesty. Sure, they could do a shady surface piercing in a weird spot, but if there's a 90% chance it's going to migrate out, what's the point? You'll be unhappy, and as a result, so will they. When it comes to tattoos, their prices are a bit higher than most, but you get what you pay for, right? I've never seen a bad piece come out of this shop, and as I said, my wife and I have been frequenting the shop for about three years now. I'd suggest coming in to do a meet & greet/consultation first, because they're generally too busy for walk-ins. Other than that, come on in, ask questions, and get some work done! These guys will always make you feel welcome, and will always give you an honest answer for any question you might have. Two thumbs way up. more

Today i went and got two chest micro-dermal piercings and the piercer (D-Bot) did an amazing job. he was very thorough, let me know everything i was supposed to about cleaning and he took time to make sure my piercing was just about as lined up as he could possibly get it. he never rushed through it and i had his undivided attention. He was easy to talk to and kept everything at ease. I would HIGHLY recommend this place because its the best place around not just for the quality of the piercing but its clean, and has the best professional employees that give such amazing service. When I went in to get my tragus pierced I was so nervous! But the piercer- D-Bot is so chill and friendly that I felt at ease immediatly! He did a quick easy piercing and it went very well. He really knows what hes talking about when talking about how to care for your new piercing! He even encourages you to come in and get your piercing checked out if it's bothering you a couple weeks later. It's by far the cleanest piercing/tattoo shop i've ever been to. I just got a tat done on Sunday. Done by TJ. Was sure of what I wanted, but TJ made it even better. I've been showing it off to everyone. \r \r The shop is clean and the artists are great. Great for a foul mouth sailor who doesn't like watching her tongue. \r \r Only con is the credit card charge. I understand it, but it still kinda hurts..in this day and age anyway. I went to lucky boys looking to get my 2nd tattoo i had ideas and thoughts on what i wanted but wasnt sure how it would look. When i got there chris helped me right away an was very nice and alot of fun, he listen to everything i had to say and put down on paper my tattoo, it was everything i wanted and more, I love it. Few days later i came in and got it done. Im very happy with the out come of the tattoo, my family and friends think he has done a great job and it was a great price. \r i also got my nipples,eyebrow,belly pierced by sam which all turned out great and he made it alot of fun and not so scary to have those things done so if your looking to get some of that stuff done this place is your all in one stop shop\r Pros: very clean, fun, good prices, great peolpe Cons: 50 bucks down, fee for runnin a card more

Michelle did my tattoo work out there and she is AWESOME!! Highly recommed her. She does great work and is an original artist. Excellent price for Excellent work!! Pros: Beautiful work-truly skilled at what she does more

We walked in there and he was totally rude saying""we are to busy to even talk to you"" there was no one else we could talk to, and that just ticked me off. Who does that when trying to run a business? His work wasn't that good anyhow!!!!! Ihave seen way better, so Im glad we didn't choose him to give us that tattoo anyways! Wanted to give a much deserved thanks to TJ...I was so inpressed with the tattoo that I got today...felt at ease as this was my very first tattoo and I was expecting to be all tense but I wasn't. I wanted a tattoo to honor my mother and also mark a new begining in my life..so I let him do what he does and trusted him...I am soooooooooooooooooooo happy !! Lucky Boys Tattoo Parlor was recommended to me for the artistry, Michelle in particular. We went in to make an appointment for the following week. We paid a $50 deposit for this APPOINTMENT. She said she would have a drawing ready for us to look at. We got to the SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT 15 minutes early to look at the drawing. She didn't even have one done yet. She took her time (fine, fine) ate, talked on the phone, talked to other co-workers and then 45 minutes later got back with us. Then she had to still set up everything which took another 15 minutes. My time and my money is valuable as it is to anyone, especially that day because it was my daughter's 18th birthday and we had follow on plans with others. I understand one can't 'rush' a tattoo, but to treat the customer as if they are invisible/not important is just plain unprofessional. I will not go back there. P.S. They charge 10% to run your credit card EVERY time you use it there - for the deposit and the final payment - that is RIDICULOUS. I just got my first tattoo done by Michelle. I was very nervous but she was extremely kind and patient! Plus, I am thrilled with the results. Not only was she skilled, she was extremely personable and made the two hours seem like nothing. The work is guaranteed, the shop is clean, and they give thorough after care instructions. I'd highly recommend Lucky Boys to anyone looking to get a tattoo. The only downside is that they charge five dollars to run payment through credit, so I suggest bringing cash! After just relocating to the area I was searching for a place to get a tattoo and I figured I would give Lucky Boy's a shot. And I am very happy I did with just recieving 2 tattoos on my lower back by Michelle. She did an OUTSTANDING job. I highly recommend her to everyone. I found this tattoo parlor from this site i went and checked it out and i have to say it was awesome I got a piece done on my stomach by michelle and she did great! she has the lightest hand that i have ever had. I've been to several tattoo parlors in this neck of the woods of Seattle, and I have to say that this place is the best. The artists are very well skilled, very courteous, and very helpful.
