First of all, let me say that these are 2 different businesses, Lowe's Medical Supply and Lowe's Pharmacy. The fact that they are in the same building is confusing, but they refuse to communicate, so that's that. I've had 2 strokes and I'm handicapped and homebound. I've had experience with both businesses. The Medical Supply side has always been great. The pharmacy, on the other hand, hasn't. My strokes were caused by my blood pressure. It was once 220/140. Needless to say, my blood pressure pills are very important and, because of being homebound, I needed them delivered. Well, I called them in and waited. 2 weeks later, they still hadn't been delivered. I called back in and was told that they were still lying there and that they would get them out right away. A week later, they still hadn't been delivered. I called back in and was told they were sorry and they'd get them right out. 3 days later, they finally delivered them.
