This place was the worst, nobody works, everyone is on welfare, they have whole families living in one bedroom units, the slobs have furniture on the lawn like the grass areas are an extension of their living space. Why would anyone have their kitchen furniture on the porch getting water damaged and moldy? A lot of these people do that. And like having 5 kids in a one bedroom apartment is not cozy enough, these animals go and get themselves two huge dogs! OMG. What a horror. The office staff are just as trashy as the residents - they have this dirty white guy with racist tattoos all over his visible skin >< as a maintenance staff - all he does is sleep in his truck. I am not able to leave as quickly as I want. But I will be leaving. DO NOT RENT HERE more

I never lived in such a dirty environment in my life. I came here from out of state thinking Bucks County was very nice, but there is nothing nice about this place. The staff are awful, ignorant and unresponsive. most of the residents look like they fell out of trees or rolled out from under rocks. I never saw so many unemployed people in my life. Dog poop and mold everywhere, my car was broken into 2 times the first month I was here. Do not rent here, it is a crappy place, and if you are not on welfare with a housing voucher - you will be paying the difference for the creeps that are. more

My heat went off on the coldest day of the year and stayed off for 3 days - Office staff response was ""I don't know what to tell you, if maintenance can get there they will"".\r \r 2) It appears this place is in transition to section 8 housing. When I first moved in it was OK, but now they raise my rent every year but keep taking section 8 vouchers which pay the renter less than 650.00/month, yet my rent is 965.00/month for a 1 bedroom, no den. Unfair.\r \r 3) There are many unsavory people who have moved in over the past couple of years, cars are always being broken into. Kids carry guns around the parking lot and shoot trees. Police will not come out to investigate.\r more

High crime rate - Many car break ins 1/29/2014

Dirty property. Buildings are crumbling with mold. The owner and management company are invisible. Crime rate is high, many car break ins and thefts. Unbelievably high rent for the poor conditions. more

Slags and Hags 1/29/2014

I live here now. There should be a poop and mold meter instead of stars for this place. Every sex offender in Bucks County lives here. A filthy pig of a woman named KAREN YAMBILIS is a slag from white-trash land that is notorious for inappropriate sexual conduct with children and small animals. Animal welfare came to her apartment and removed her big dogs because she was making them eat cat food off her naughty parts (which she carries around in a beer can because they drag on the ground). Crazy slag. more

Liars 1/29/2014

I would not recommend this place to anyone. The property is falling apart from the mold, the manager knows and has known for several years, but it is obvious from the lack of maintenance that they do not care. They seem to be letting this place fall into disrepair on purpose, because the office staff are very belligerent if you demand repairs.\r \r - They will never give you a copy of a work order.\r - They will not accept written work order requests.\r -They lie through their teeth when you confront them about repairs that are left unresolved but requested for years at a time. more

Terrible Mold 1/29/2014

Terrible. The office staff are very nasty, unhelpful, lazy and dishonest. The apartments are in very poor condition. Repairs are never done, you have to fix stuff yourself. Mold everywhere, the ceilings are falling in from the roof damage and water damage. more

Slum Ghetto 1/29/2014

Longmeadow was a filthy place to live. There is dog waste and cigarette butts everywhere, I have caught the maintenance crew sleeping in trucks at least half a dozen times on the property. The management company operates the facility like a ghetto or slum, most people who live here are on welfare, section 8 housing vouchers, mental cases. A lot of gunfire at night. My truck was broken into the first week I was here, then 4 more times over just 6 months. I broke my lease to get away from here. Be warned - disgusting, moldy, dirty, low-class place. And unbelievably expensive if you are not a lucky voucher holder. I guess someone has to pay the bills, let it be someone else. more

I Would NOT Recommend 12/27/2011

Granted, nobody could be worse than Kietta (Longmeadow's former wretched excuse for an office manager). The woman, Melissa actually seems to care; "seems" being the operative word. If your a/c breaks, you will be visited by a series of mongoloids who are as capable of appliance repair as I am driving with my eyes closed. Finally, if you continue to beg for a week, sometimes two, they'll send Earl, who is the only professional they've got here. Despite having experienced this inaduaquacy on three seperate occasions, I managed to enjoy my overall experience living here. That is, until my obnoxious, NOISY new neighbors moved into the apt adjacent to mine. Now, I'm beginning to think my current lease with Longmeadow will be my last. more

When we were looking into apartments, this was actually the first and only place we actually visited. This complex is in a great location for us. I thought the apartment layout we have is a bit funky at first but I just love how it looks now, it completely works for us. more

Awesome living! 11/30/2011

This was definitely an upgrade from where I used to live. I haven't had any maintenance problems and any complaints to or from neighbors. It's a nice neighborhood and so convenient to get to freeways and to any stores. I love it here! more
