Little Lambs Daycare is currently under cyber attack by an individual who has decided to create fake accounts and post false, fraudulent reviews about the company. These reviews from Amber K, Mandy K, Steph J, etc are made with no user information and no activity other than posting the reviews. Citysearch has refused to remove them, despite the evidence. If you would like to see a TRUE, ACCURATE review of this company, please look up Little Lambs Daycare, INC on Greatschools. \r \r I am personally appalled by the juvenile behavior of this individual and even more disgusted with Citysearch's ambivalent reaction. Little Lambs Daycare is a wonderful child care center, full of devoted caregivers and teachers. more

I have had two children within this daycare for an extended time. We have had some good teachers over this time, unfortunately the constant turnover of some staff has become unstable along with other children and families. The environment among the family ownership and other staff is estranged. Lack of communication and unprofessional. Favoritism toward Owner and Son which I have witnessed treat teachers with absolutely no respect and degrading behavior. For these reasons I decided to look elsewhere.\r \r When I made my decision to leave, I talked to two other mothers who were also leaving. We decided to try to find a place we all liked, so our children could move together and make the transition easier on them. Please remember, these parents had already made the decision to change schools.  We had been unhappy for some time and finally decided it was the right time to research other schools and find the right place(s) for our children.\r \r The day before our last day, I asked the director about bringing treats for the kids as a ""goodbye"" from my oldest daughter. Her response was to initiate a confrontation in front of the children (I was holding my baby in my arms!). She accused me of calling other parents (still not sure what I supposedly said to them) and sabotaging the school. She would not listen to a word I said and continued to pile ridiculous accusation on top of accusations. I left offended and appalled I could not believe what had just happened. I felt like I had just been attacked by a grade school bully.\r \r This place had been a part of our family for a few years. We gave 30 days notice, took our time to explain why we were leaving, remained open and honest, answered any questions they asked and did not say ONE bad word to anyone about the school. I didn't even tell any other parents that we were leaving. On our way to school, I prepared my oldest to say, ""Goodbye"" to her teacher and friends. She never got the chance. When we arrived, we were told we could not enter the school. The owners son said we were not allowed in. We couldn't even gather up the girl's belongings. The teachers had to pack up the girl's items while my husband, the girls and I waited outside. What a horrible, horrible way to be treated. What a terrible way to end a three-year relationship. What unprofessional and unreasonable people. I feel sorry for the teachers that have to deal with the owner and family on a daily basis. Some of the the teachers are wonderful people and my family and I are going to miss them very much. more

Management here is honestly terrible to deal with; Poor attitudes from the staff and lazy attention to your children. If they are hard to deal with from the view point of the parent imagine what it is like to deal with for your childrens attention and how it will effect their self esteem. If you care for your children here is not the place to bring them. The owners were more worried about getting their money than resolving the problems. There is better daycare elsewhere. Skip this one! more

This place is horrible! People trust putting their kids in the care of other people and when I had some questions and concerns the communication was the worst experience I have ever had. We were disrespected, I believe lied to, treated very poorly and even accused of doing harmful things or suggested that my husband and I had done something to our own kids. The mother and son duo I have heard of before. I dealt with the son Mr. Pat. Disrespectful and Crude! This place is short staffed because of conflict and the numbers of kids have been dwindling. I am quite certain this is all for a reason. more

Wow. I am surprised to hear some of the negative comments about Little Lambs. I have a 4 1/2 yr old and a 2 yr old here, and have been very pleased. There are 3-4 core supervisors that are supported by college-age students. This is how they can stay open from 6 - 6, which is very helpful for a dual-working household. I have found the infant care to be excellent, and Ms. Sandy rocks with the toddlers. Ms. Beth is the kindergarten teacher and runs a tight ship. The college students here also seem to generally enjoy their work, and a couple of them are the children of the adult supervisors. The parents I am close with that have children here are all very happy. The activities are various. The only times I have heard staff ""talk"" about the children is when they are explaining to the parents issues or concerns that have popped up during the day. When my older son was having some behavior issues, the morning and afternoon staff wrote little progress reports to me daily so we could work together on the problems. Most importantly, my kids have been sick less than 5 times since attending; at our previous daycare, my son was always coming home with something. They scrub the place down here every night. As both of my children have significant asthma and food allergies, this is fantastic. The staff is also very attentive to my son's breathing issues and are very helpful with any behavior problems. I am sorry to hear that other individuals have had negative experiences. My kids seem to really enjoy the staff and their friends here. Like any relationship, communication is key --- I have found the staff to be highly responsive and supportive. If we took the plunge and had a third child, I would sign him up for LL in a heart beat. more

This is a horrible place 3/1/2012

I worked at little lambs. As an employee I have never been more humiliated and disrespected in my life. The owner favores her son over anyone. Would let him fall asleep on the floor or outside while watching the kids. If he said he wasn't sleeping she would be stupid enough to believe him. Regardless, they do not offer respectful and positive help. They are often degrading and leave no room for progression. As far as being a parent, i hated sending my kids there. They never treated my son fairly. I also hated the way they would talk about other kids as well. As if the kids are detesting little insects. Certainly not all the employees are like this but the two at the top of the line as well as many in the middle were the worst ones. They also allowed someone to work there that was known for stealing and was caught. They do not value their staff or the children at all. I strongly suggest not sending your child here. more

My wife and I couldn't be happier with Little Lambs. Since we both work in the area, it was convenient and on the way to work for my wife. From the start, we felt that they had the best interests of our kids at heart. We would recommend the place to anyone with young children. Nice going Little Lambs! more
