Unscrupulous business practices. Double billing to owner, poor follow-up, rental posting inconsistent with Craig's list(free), consistent with local free press, (thrifty nickle, not free to post ads) hundreds of dollars wasted. \r Company did not adequately inspect home after renter vacated. Renter took all door locks and replaced with inferior locks, management states they did not notice the renter turned in different keys. Cost $160.oo. Management did not inspect carpet. Renter had unreported pet that urinated on carpet multiple times necessitating removal of of padding. Cost $365.00. Then was given Monthly statement with duplicate charges, double billing. Just amazed. they are very polite,courteous but poor business practice. more

I am so disappointed that J. Klein (a senior CSET employee) has been living with B. Mock at 513 east myrtle ave., apt c, for over 8 years now. and now that B. Mock has switched over to section 8 housing, several months ago and J. Klein hasn't moved out or put her name on the lease. Isn't that section 8 fraud at the federal level? how sad is it when this kind of fraud can be condoned and not condemed at a time when honest people need gov. aid to make ends meet. shouldn't someone be checking this out and putting a stop to this kind of abuse and misappropreation of gov. funds? No wonder our great state is in the shape it's in these days. so sad. more
