Lily's Cloak

As a frequent thrift store shopper, you really can't beat church affiliated thrift stores for their prices. You never know what you'll find there. The merchandise, all donated, runs the gamut from basic household stuff to (sometimes) higher end items. On a recent visit I found a Talbot's pullover top, perfect condition. Would've been $39 in the store; cost was $1.25! If you have time to browse through the yard-sale-like castoffs in search of the goodies, it's worth a trip! more

Lily's Cloak AKA Lilburn Co-Op have quite an operation with all of their aspects of ministry. From suppling food and clothing to the needy, or prayer, or attempting to locate a church to fulfil your spirit. They have some of everything.......The get a new shipment of clothes constantly and are out on the floor. Many regulars. The staff is very friendly....... They have also helped with many of the Katrina victims as well. They were able to help over 500 children with their school supplies this year. They do need volunteers, either groups or individuals, but manage on what they do have and are thankful that they can do. A must visit! more

Lily's Cloak is owned and operated by the Lilburn Co-Op Ministries. People within our community can come in an receive all kinds of help, clothing, food, furniture, and at times financial at little or no cost. Any one may shop in the Lily's store and they accept donations all day everyday. The deals are great and the friendly staff is always a joy to be with. They have a large selection of books both adult and children's along with clothing, toys, housewares and more. At time different stores int he area donate new items for sale but the bulk of what you will find are items that people have donated because they no longer have a use for them. This is a fun little place to shop for odds and ends and the prices can not be beat any place. Lily's is also a wonderful place to donate your items to and know that they will be given to people in need or sold in their little store. Several area churches provide food for their food pantry. Any one wanting to volunteer their time is greatly appreciated. more
