been through 6 0f these heaters every one did not even last through the winter season took back they ask the same runaround condesending questions like your stupid they show on all ads to use in floor and a rep from the company told me to put it up in a higher place what a moron got er message with all units and 2 blew bulbs within a month this heater nothing but a headache forget the warranty they took one heater and shipped it for repair and kept it all winter and then shipped it back in august and when i unpacked it in november this one did;nt work either it was the same heater no repairs had been made at this point i'm sick of lilys rude employees and the heaters worthless warrantys beware of this product. more

Well I got that liquid lawn stuff and I've heard really good things about it so I figured I would try it! I ended up having to sprinkle the seeds on the ground myself cuz it would not come out with a unit so I take it back to Lily's to try to get store credit cuz I know you don't get your money back and they won't let me do it! Because it was not in the same condition than it was when I bought it so I asked should I have left the liquid stuff in it and then I would have got you know my money back or store credit no you wouldn't have she responded because it has to be in the exact same condition you had already used it so no extra credit!! Other words in order to get anything you buy there from store credit you cannot use it whatsoever or you will not get store credit!! It's a bunch of bunk If you ask me I will never shop there again!!???? more

If you buy something from any Lilly’s and you have your receipt you still won’t get your money returned and if the product you bought will not work and they have received callback the store employee tells you they can’t help and you need to trash it they rip you off big time more

I bought 2 heaters a week ago & they are definitely NOT worth buying. Only work if you keep your main system on. I tried to take them back to Lilly's but they refused to give money back, only offered store credit. In my opinion, both Lilly's & their heaters are NO GOOD. I would not recommend either. more

It is very inferior compared to other heaters in the market. Bought four units of the 1800 model less than two years back and ALL of them are not running. Worst, nobody would fix it; can't send it back to the company since one year warranty has expired though I told the Lily Distributor in Morristown and Knoxville Tennessee that I am more than willing to foot the bill incurred. Now, I have 4 space occupying literally trash space heaters in my garage...short of that they look like brand new but worthless!!! Take note I have 4 of them breaking down after over a year!! What a n expensive joke!!! more

does not live up to the hype and is way overpriced you can find similar boxes for much less bizarro interface unless you are an android linux expert. user manual is *sparse* so good luck. help service is minimal but exists. you need to download and install a lot more to get all they promise you can get some movies for sure old tv shows maybe but live tv is iffy and i did not get it to work cant even figure out how to set the weather for my zip code instead of the one they have pre set in california you can use a pc and stream the same stuff yourself if you know how to use google some of the content is legally questionable and may be technically not illegal if all you do is watch and not save it or burn disks for reuse quality is often poor get a pc and sign up for a legal streaming service with plenty of movies at low prices one review said the big advantage over other devices was porn. if you want porn and cant find it free on the internet then you are brain dead. this device just not worth the money and does not live up to the claims. more

This 300.00 TV streaming box is an absolute Rip Off. I bought one, it somewhat worked for about an hour then lost signal and never worked again! Also when it did kinda work I could only pick up a few programs and the live tv shows would play only for a few seconds until they would freeze and then start over with the sound of a robot. Highly highly disappointed! I am taking back for store credit. But after reading other reviews I feel there is nothing I trust to buy from Lilly's. Save your money friends and never buy at a store that does not offer refunds! That's a huge Red Flag in its self!!!! more

I took advantage of the BOGO offer of the Lily's 1800 Infrared Heater. I have 3 central heat and air units and I was looking for something to keep these unit from running constantly. I have had the these heaters since November 2013 and so far I couldn't be more pleased. The heaters have really reduced our utility bill substantially. We turned the central units down to about 66 degrees and allow the infrared heaters to supplement the rest. I think it was a good purchase for this Tennessee home. more
