I normally book my own travel arrangements but recently when our family decided to travel out of the country to Jamaica I felt safer using a travel agent. I booked through Liberty Travel, Denise was my agent, and she helped us secure an upgrade on our room, a non smoking room(the hotel didn't have many non smoking rooms) and provided us with all the information we needed to know for getting in and out of the country. She also took care of using our frequent flyer program and reward cards for our hotel, with no problems.
This agency is great because if Denise wasn't in when I called or stopped one of the other agents were always happy to help.
Our trip to Jamaica was wonderful and now I'm hooked on going out of the country to travel. I'm currently starting to dream and plan for a trip to Playa Del Carmen and will have no hesitation in using Liberty again.
