I know that Erickson Tax Service takes pride in getting people the biggest and best refund legally allowed by the IRS. I am glad that they are so smart and spend so much time researching the information so that they do it right the first time and keep the IRS off my back. I am very proud to be one of their clients! Friendly and Helpful--Recommended! 2/12/2010

They were very friendly and helpful. Let me ask what-if questions for next year, too! No where is cheap to do taxes, but they were definitely in the same ball park--and with the guarantee, them being available all year if I have a problem or question, and the great customer service, I'd much rather pay their fee then someone else's!! I definitely recommend this business! more

I am blown away by the way the Carthage office has gone above and beyond to answer my questions and explain to me why things were not as I expected them to be, I felt like they really do care about me and my family. I felt like they were there for me and me alone. Yes go there! more

pretty good 4/10/2007

i was a hr block user for eight years, tried them one time. much better as far as explaining options and giving filing advice. people friendly and patient, even with my one hundred questions. As far as charges or fees... about the same as everywhere else. Anyone going anywhere for tax service ought to ask charges before setting an appointment, that's just common sense. Overall i was happy with the switch. But besides the really nice & patient people it was just another tax place, but i guess that's all anyone would want anyway. more
