I am pleased. As an example, I appreciate the way in which shirts are pressed — with the collar folded properly, something not always done.

I am very pleased with Liberto cleaners. The employees always make sure that my order is done correctly and that I am satisfied. I have been going to Liberto on Willow St. for years. I moved back home to New Orleans 2 years ago and had tried a couple of dry cleaners for my work uniforms. More than once my shirts would come back to me with the same stains I brought them in with. I searched for a green dry cleaner and found Liberto in my neighborhood. They were very accomodating getting them back to me as I only had limited pieces to my uniforms. From the very 1st time I used them I got compliments from work inquiring where I got them done. Also, there has been a few times I forgot to tell them about stains and they have come back clean. Eventhough I don't live in that neighborhood any longer , I drive the distance because Libertos' has my complete trust and devotion. more

Always wonderful service and smiling faces. The staff is SO HONEST. About a year ago I walked in and I was given a gold Mignon Faget pin I did not even know was missing from a jacket. That is so impressive. I have never had a bad experience there. I literally cross town to use them. Wish they would move to the Marigny.!! more

They were able to help find/remove all the stains on a white dress within 48 hours plus for 3 sweaters for the price of 2, and no rush charges; such a great value. more

I used Liberto Cleaners for the first time recently. The employees are very friendly! I brought in a white wool coat with several stains.   • Liberto Cleaners has been serving the New Orleans area since 1932. A Liberto family member has owned and operated the business since its inception. Jay’s grandfather, “Nat”, opened the current location on Willow St. in 1947. Nat passed the baton to his son and wife, J.B. and Patsy, in 1962, who then passed it to Jay and Courtney in 1997. Jay or Courtney is almost always at the store.
