Great Experience 4/6/2012

I Know good Customer Service I, worked it and trained employees as cusromer service reps. Today I met a young man who's a natural as it. Yes at the Apple Store in Oadbrook. I was leary of going there but did any way and I DO NOT REGRET it. Thanks Cris you were great!!!. I will return to this service provider if I need to. Thanks again Cris..... more
