Wanted a kitchen faucet and garbage disposal installed. Wanted old removed and the new items I purchased installed. They wouldn't quote me over the phone and said if I didn't like the price quoted all I had to pay was the $67 house call fee. My husband was going to be home to greet the plumber who came out. The plumber came out and quoted my husband $714. My husband had thought I had authorized this quote before hand and had the plumber do the work. When I had learned of this outrageous price, I was terribly upset. We had no issues with the work. However this company took advantage of us. This price was after their $25 off coupon. I will NEVER use or recommend this company to anyone! more

Scott was personable, professional and determined. He did not give up when it seemed like the drain would never clear. He explained what he was doing and why. He gave advice on how to better use my disposal. He got the job done! I would recommend Scott and Levin & Sons. more
