Leonor's Bakery is fairly new to Effingham, having only been open a year or so. She brings a new type of baked good to town, with her authentic Spanish style cooking. Leonor speaks enough English to let you know all about the wonderful flan, and Mexican pastries she prepares, as well as her famous milk cakes. She does have some items available in the store, but asks that you order cakes and special items the day before.
