This dealership is all about Nonsense. They try to take advantage of senior citizens by quoting several different prices and keeping your car "hostage". They kept my car 3 week...

This dealership is all about Nonsense. They try to take advantage of senior citizens by quoting several different prices and keeping your car "hostage". They kept my car 3 weeks and changed the price several times even thought I had a full warranty. Do NOT trust these people. more

Yes i bought a new ford tarus from genesee ford in Avon, in november 2010. it is a 2011 model sel and is well equipped, i looked for about a month before i decided to buy it and genesee valley was the only dealer that wanted my business , the attitude from other dealers was we do not have time for u to make up your mind. Take it or leave it attitude. kept going back to genesee and was always treated well and Gen was always polite. Service was always great and taken my 500 back for service since buying in 06. now have almost 4000 miles on new one and almost time for an oil change and they will check everything out for me. hope they keep up the good work more

I won't shop anywhere else! 2/21/2011

The folks at Genesee Valley Ford have a customer for life :O) After a few bad experiences at other dealerships, I had almost given up on even getting a new vehicle. I was tired of pushy salespeople...tired of feeling like I was being taken advantage of (especially being a woman). As soon as I walked into Genesee Valley Ford I knew they were different! They treated me like a person...like a friend. Not once did I feel uncomfortable. My salesman worked everything from payments to financing with me right on his computer. He got me a payment LOWER than what I was expeciting. (when does that ever happen??) They didn't jerk me around like those other dealerships. I love my new Fusion...and I love knowing I got the best deal without having to fight for it. Thank you to everyone for making this lady very happy! more
