I suffered 5 long months of calling this office after regretably paying $175.00 trying to simply take care of a speeding ticket. I hired this law office in January a few days after I received my speeding ticket. They then told me I wouldn't need to show up to court and they would call me soon with an offer...well...after receiving a letter from the court saying I was being charged a fee for not showing up to my court date I called the court and they told me they did not have any record that I had repersentation. So I then called the law office of David White and left a voicemail waiting for a return call (this happend quite a few times before actually getting a call back). I never actually spoke to David White but I did speak to quite a few people. In the mean time I kept calling the court house to reassure them I did hire a lawyer. Finally 5 whole months later they gave me an offer I could have done myself, the same offer I get every time I get a speeding ticket..90 days deferred disposition, court fees, a copy of my defensive driving and what I literally just found out by default part of the offer was for me to do deffensive driving wich was never mentioned to me if I had not messed up my money order I would have never known to do deffensive driving. I've never dealt with such an unorganized business in my life. When I asked one women over the phone what did y'all do for me that I couldn't do for myself? Why did I hire y'all? Her response was I don't know! more

Definitely not happy! I was told they could reduce my fines for a speeding ticket and maybe even have one dismissed, but they didn't. They didn't even save me a dollar. I paid the full price of the fine plus the 250 to have him do it. I should have just paid it myself and saved the 250! more

I could not believe how easy and stress free Mr White and his firm made it when dealing with the state of Texas. Their ability to forsee the states every move and fight for my best interest was amazing. My case was most likely a small one compared to the majority of the firms work load, but I still felt like I was family the whole way through... more

I got really good service from the Law Offices of David M. White. They worked really hard for me. I'm a long haul truck driver and I was driving a very dangerous stretch of road. There is a RR crossing located on US 59 in Garrison, TX with just the smallest, stop sign-sized sign warning about the RR crossing. I was focused on passing a jeep that was speeding up and slowing down in the right lane to see the red flashing light that a train was coming. I barely made the crossing, with maybe only 4 feet of space to spare. I almost made the news with that one! It was a very scary experience. Unfortunately, there was a Deputy who saw the whole thing waiting for me on the other side. I contacted my legal services and they directed me to David White in Abilene, TX. He was great. He communicated with me, and at first, it didn't look good for me. I was either going to have to pay the fine or show up for the court date. I needed to keep my record clean, this directly effected my livelihood. David knew how important it was to me. He was able to get it pulled out of that county and into Garrison. It turned out that the Judge there was quite familiar with the RR crossing and how dangerous it could be. He ended up throwing out my case. I was so thrilled and elated with how it turned out. I was truly blessed. Everyone there, from David to the office staff were really friendly and helpful. They communicated very well and we got along fabulously.
