What a bar is supposed to be! This place reminds me of the bars where I spent my youth. Great place to catch a live band. Their house band is called ""Tilted"" and they're a lot of fun. Not too loud, but rockin' all the same. The drinks weren't too expensive and the friendly bar tenders were very generous with the mixed drinks. The food is a step above your average bar fare as well. If your looking for good times, good booze, good music and good people, you can't go wrong with the Landmark Tavern. My wife and I will definitely go again. more

Enjoy! 4/7/2007

I stumbled into this place by accident on a Friday night & it was pretty damn fun. There was live music in the back & a good crowd. The bartenders gave a generous pour, the one girl was pretty hot and I totally would have tapped that. We even met the owner and she is kah-RAZY, in a good way you know what I'm sayin? My only complaint is the freakin barstools were on a slope or something, my @ss kept flying off of them like I was on a kiddie-slide. My only regret is that I didn't check out that strip club down the street on my way out of town but I guess i'll have to come back to SAmboy & give the whole Landmark experience another try. C ya round like a donut! Pros: drinks, crowd, bartender, owner Cons: slippery bar stool more

Boring Bar with nothing but Pool Hustling and rude/sarcastic bartender 12/27/2006

This was definitely not the best tavern I've been in. Their drinks were double the amount the other bars nearby charged. There were constant rowdy pool games taking place in the back and the patrons seemed to be very nosey regarding your conversation. The bartender was also a little rude to my friend. She asked if he wanted another drink and he said no thanks. At that time the bartender told him, ""Good, then get out"". I'm sure she was just joking because she did have a grin on her face while saying it, but it still wasn't exactly a nice thing to say especially to someone who's not a regular. Needless to say, we won't be coming here again. The Lagoda Saloon, one block away, was a lot more fun with a much better crowd and friendlier bartenders. Go there instead if you're in the area. Pros: Pool table, if that's your thing Cons: Rude Bartender, Nosey patrons, expensive drinks for a small tavern in a small town more
