Recently when talking with my friends in Augusta, I keep hearing bad news from them regarding Lakepoint in Augusta. The general them is shortage of help causing long waits for assistance, extreme disappointment in new administration and comments that the place is really going down hill. Quality of food is deteriorating. Cleanliness has worsened. Very sad news.
