La Azteca has been serving the Hammond area for 16 years now, they have high quality meats and the best arracheras in the summer! The staff and cliental is friendly. As for on the weekends they serve the tastiest tamales, barbacoa, and carnitas, the space is limited but you leave satisfied. I highly recommend it. -anonymous more

La Azteca for your mexican needs 8/15/2005

La Azteca is a small corner store. They sell all kinds of goods imported from Mexico. They have anything from compact disks to covers. The prices are pretty steep. They have high quality goods. The staff doesn't speak good English, but they are very helpful. The place is small and their store isn't really stocked. You could order from them if the item you want isn't in. It takes a while to come in maybe even a few weeks. more
