The managment team duo of husband and wife are horrible! We had a GREAT maintainence man here who everyone enjoyed because he was a great worker and got along with everyone, which is important because whenever anything goes wrong in your apartment, he is the one you call! He was very prompt and there couldn't be anything wrong with this maintainence man. (He wasn't your typical creepy man lurking around the property either!) And they fired him for no reason! Many families moved out because of this. The management didn't care obviously. Then they hired a young man who knew his stuff. He didn't look like it, but whenever you had a problem, he fixed it fast and accurately! It was nice to have a young man around because you know he wouldn't have as much health problems and could work faster, therefore getting to your needs quicker. Bill was great at his job and I know a couple of renters praised him for the great job he did, they even told the ""management team"" what a great worker he was. However, one false accusation from a renter (who had many complaints on file from their neighbors) and he was fired! Just like that, he was gone! Now, if these two can't take care of their employees, what makes you think they will take care of you as renters??? The old man, Dean, gets rid of people left and right that he just doesnt like. He told some renters that they couldn't smoke outside of their apartment, they had to walk all the way to the center of the apartment complex to smoke because it bothered someone above them. That was NOT in their contract! I don't like smoking but that was extremely unfair of Dean to MAKE them smoke elsewhere. I even heard Dean yelling and cursing at some young renters because they had their radio on outside. This is not appropriate behavior for adults to act as such. I dislike the so called managment team here and their poor managment skills. Their idea of managing is if they don't like it, they will dispose of it! If you want to live like you're living at your parents home again, then move here!
