My brother in law used these guys about a month ago and I can’t say that i was overly impressed that he had their number. As a matter of fact, he is the type of guy that can burn water, or accidentally pop a basketball! But it looks like he chose the right people.. (he probably copied down a different number than what he intended) but I had them install new locks on my house and it is now Perfect! more

Great service is complemented by great prices! And these people have not let us down. We have used them before and they were good back then also. I can’t recommend anyone else. If you need a locksmith, these are the ones to call. more

Less than perfect. But only because i had to wait an extra 45 mins for the tech to come out. When he finally did arrive, he was very apologetic. But he was able to take care of everything within 45 minutes. Overall, I have to say that the service was very good. I mean, sure, maybe he could use a new watch, but he definitely knew his stuff. more

I'm surprised to be one of the first reviewing them. I used them twice already - a simple lock change, and now I had them replace my window locks which were rotting away. The whole interaction was pretty smooth all the way. I was quoted the exact amount I paid. Guy arrived on set time and did a good job for all i know. A friend of mine told me some awful locksmith horror story, so i thought it fit to share a good one with you. Also wanted to mention the girl that I spoke to over the phone was super cool when i had to reschedule. more

I’m frequently on the road, so when i snapped the key for the van in 2, I panicked, but just for a minute. So, after the longest minute of my life, I looked up locksmiths in my phone. They returned me these guys and I called them. They were able to come out to me and make me a new key pretty quickly. Wasn’t too bad of a price, especially considering the speed of which the service was performed. Maybe I just got lucky, but then again, I think these guys are just that good. more

These guys are pretty good. I didn't know exactly what to expect from a locksmith these days. But they were able to have new locks put on my store and didn't charge me an arm and a leg. (just an arm) j/k But seriously, they were nice enough to wait until after hours so they did not interfere with holiday shopping traffic. They are really good and I'm happy. Excellent job! more

I was driving cross country with my man and I must have lost the keys at the either at the motel or at the restaurant, or somewhere in between. But in any case, I had no idea exactly where we were. The guy at the desk didn't have a clue as to who i could call for an ignition key. But I decided to hit up my phone and they found these guys. Their office wasn't too far away, so we called. They ended up finding us by the name of the hotel and the cross streets. I'd say that was pretty good. They were able to make us a new key and it didn't take too long either. Overall, they took a nightmare of a situation and turned it into something that only ended up costing like two hundred bucks. I'm glad I found them on my phone and that they were local! These guys were able to open my door faster than dexter when stalking his prey! I was literally shocked to see how fast he was able to get into my house! I'm pretty glad that they are professionals. I ended up calling them a week later to install a high security lock in my door and it makes me feel alot better knowing that the only way someone can get into the apartment now is by drilling the lock! (or though a window, but im on the third floor!!!) :) more

These guys are fast and dependable. They said that they would be done in an hour and a half and almost like clockwork they were! I asked if they were payed by the hour and they said no, by the job. I was still impressed with the service and the price was definitely right. No complaints by me! more

heard so many horror stories about lock people I am happy to report this guy is the real deal. came over in 30 minutes from the moment I called, was licensed and knew what he was doing. Was finished working in about 20 minutes, and he also re keyed my locks. Thanks more

I don't know what happened to the lock, but I just couldn't get it to close right. And when it did close, it was almost impossible to open up! But the tech that came by said that the mechanism on the inside was worn out, so He replaced the lock for me and not it works, well, like new lol. He was done in a metter in minutes and now all is well. Very happy with the service. more
