after reading all of these glowing reviews I decided to give these guys a call as I needed all of the locks in my house re keyed. The lady on the phone said it would be about 35 minutes for him to get here. After waiting for over an hour he finally showed up and did the job ok but the wait time was almost DOUBLE then what I was told over the phone more

Never in my life did i think that it would cost as much as a bottle of johnny walker blue to get a new car key! I mean talk about expensive! But I needed to have it done! So I made the call and had them make the key. It didn’t take too long to do. Still, I would rather have spent the money on something else, know what I mean? more

A handy man doesn't mean locksmith!!! 5/11/2011

The bottom line is that there is no substitute for a person who knows what they’re doing. As i soon found out. And an important safety tip... a “handy man” is only handy when they need to work on wall or something not complicated. more

Can't complain. They're right in Union City! 4/5/2011

I can’t say that it was painless, but i guess waiting around for 45 mins for the tech to come by to make a new car key for me isn’t too bad though. After all, it is a newer car and I need a cool off period anyway. Nobody should drive when they’re upset anyway. But anyway, by the time the guy got here, i wasn’t upset about losing the key anymore. more

Great service guys! All done in minutes and I am happily on my way (no, not to bury my dog for locking the door from the inside) But to pick up a chew toy for him. How could anyone be angry at a locked car door when a puppy is all happy to see you, wagging his tail every time you look in the window, wondering why it is that you don’t let him out to run around and play! more

Can anybody tell me where these guys were when I was locked out of my house? I wish I knew about these guys back then. Well, that doesn’t matter much now. I’m just happy that they were able to install new locks on my moms place last night. They are great and not too expensive. more

key issues? Call these guys to fix it! 3/23/2011

Many people say that you have to be careful about who you have open up the door to your house. Well, I took the wisdom of the elders (mom and dad lol) and did my homework. seems like these guys are the choice! Not only was I confident about the service when the tech arrived, but afterward, I was happy to see so many other positive reviews. Glad I chose the right guys for the job! more

Listen to me when I say "THEY"RE GREAT!" 2/14/2011

OK, so it was 10pm. I got home and I saw that someone had tried to pry open my lock. Luckily it doesn't appear that they were successful. But I wasn't going to play with the safety of my family or possessions. I ended up having a high security lock installed to make sure that nobody was going to be able to get into the apt EVER! It cost me a few hundred bucks but at least I have peace of mind. more

Fantastic! 2/9/2011

The Service was fantastic - he came over within an hour of the time i placed the call - re keyed all my locks so now I can have ONE key on me and people will stop calling me the janitor all the time... But what I was concerned about and very happy about as well was the fact that after he showed up he looked everything up and gave me a quote to approve before he started working. Highly recommended. more

I have a safe I couldn't open so I called the manufacturer tech but that didn't help either. That's when I called and talked to them and he walked me thru it & suggested several things the tech never mentioned. It worked!! Didn't make a dime off me but you can bet I'll refer them and use their service if the need arises. Thanks !! more

Fair and dependable. 2/3/2011

Lovely service - came over in a snap. after he opened my door I had him take a look at the back door to our house and he had some really good suggestions as far as how to keep it secured (it's an old door) what I really appreciated was the fact that he did not try to sell me anything and took his time to review my lock and explain everything to me ! High 5 from me! more

At first I didn't know exactly what to expect. But I decided to give these guys a call when my daughter lost her keys. Ultimately, I was happy with the service, just a little upset with her. The guy that came was nice. I feel like the service could have been a little less expensive, but I guess that the fact that it saved me the time and frustration is well worth the expense. And it really wasn't all too much to begin with. more

Honesty.. integrity.. 1/21/2011

So the other day i was all upset when i realized that i lost the keys to my car. I wasn't home, I was visiting a friend of mine and didn't know the area well. As a matter of fact I had absolutely no idea where I was! But lately i've been taking self healing classes and so I just took a deep breath. I heard a bird tweeting and when I looked up, I saw a billboard that said "need help? google it!" So that is exactly what I did from my phone! I found these guys and called. They were here in less than an hour and I was on my way soon after! Now I can really say that when I was in need that a little birdie told me so! more
