Quick and reasonable! 4/5/2011

It wasn’t too hard of a choice for me. A friend of mine said that she was happy with these people. So I called them and all went well. I now have a new lock and one key instead of 3. Makes life easier for my keyring. lol more

It is a good thing that I realized that I lost my car keys AFTER the movie. Good thing that there was a Chinese food place across the street that have some damn good fried wontons! So while my girl and I were waiting, I at least got to enjoy before my wallet was violated. lol more

My lock has been acting up for a while. Sometimes it will just be incredibly difficult to unlock. So my daughter finally talked me into fixing it and now it works just fine. The guy said that he could replace it but it was probably better to repair it instead because it is a high security lock. All I know is that it was much cheaper than i expected to pay. And the lock works. I'm happy with the service. more

They arrived within 2 hours of me calling the office, even though I did not have an emergency. He was very fast, efficient, personable and didn't mind answering any questions I had. I'll definitely use them again. more

Very good and reliable! 1/15/2011

I had an older truck that i lost the key to. I checked around and nobody was able to help me out but these guys. I'm glad that they tried. When i first called, the guy said that it was a somewhat older truck and he would try to see if his tech could make the key. Ultimately he called back and within a matter of hours, i was back in betsy and on my way! I'm pretty happy about everything. more
