Very reasonable and licensed! 6/19/2011

I can’t remember the last time I had the locks in the place changed. But I figure its been at least 25 years, so I had someone come out and change them. I had them change 4 out of the 5 I had, and the only reason I kept that one is because it was a special lock that the technician said he couldn’t replace. But it looks great. And I’m satisfied! more

Had a great experience with these guys 4/10/2011

I can definitely think of a few choice words that shouldn’t be said in the heat of the moment when you realize that you’ve lost your keys. But I’m glad the people on the phone understand the fact that it is a frustrating experience. The girl on the phone was understanding and did a pretty good job calming me down.. It was all good though. I figure that the absolute least I can do is leave a positive feedback story. And so here it is.. more

I always feel weird when i contact people who do these type of jobs as you never really know if you are being treated fairly. I have to say this company went above and beyond to help me out - were very professional and understanding of my emergency and were very fair in their pricing. more

I'm not a big reviewer but felt compelled to say how good I thought this service was. He is definitely the man to get the job done and as they promise, no hidden costs and I was told the set and final price as soon as they got here and looked at my locks. Quick, efficient and very pleasant.... It almost would make being locked out a pleasure... more

exceptional! 1/22/2011

I needed someone to install a new lock in my apartment door. My neighbor was recently robbed and I just wanted a little more protection than I had before. So I decided to have a high security lock installed and now I feel a little more secure at night. I'm happy, overall. more

They're trustworthy 1/15/2011

These people are pretty patient with me. I know absolutely nothing about cars. All i know is that I didn't need to know a thing about my car when I told these guys that I locked my keys inside the car. At first they were asking me about the year and type. All i know is that it is a taurus. So that is what I told them. I guess that was all the information that I needed. They came out to me within 40 minutes and I was back inside in no time. All i can say is that these people are fast and friendly. And they're good locksmiths! more
