Until like a week ago, the lock on my dads door was just fine. Then all of a sudden, it would be hard to turn, then finally ,the key just started spinning. So I called this place up and told them about the issue. They went out to him and replaced the lock for him. The people over there were happy to send me all of the paperwork that was needed so I can pay for it so dad didn’t have to worry about it. more

I can’t say that it was painless, but i guess waiting around for 45 mins for the tech to come by to make a new car key for me isn’t too bad though. After all, it is a newer car and I need a cool off period anyway. Nobody should drive when they’re upset anyway. But anyway, by the time the guy got here, i wasn’t upset about losing the key anymore. more

The Service was fantastic - he came over within an hour of the time i placed the call - re keyed all my locks so now I can have ONE key on me and people will stop calling me the janitor all the time... But what I was concerned about and very happy about as well was the fact that after he showed up he looked everything up and gave me a quote to approve before he started working. Highly recommended. more

Sometimes I sit there and think about why I didn't call these people earlier. My wife was nagging me for months about a lock that was sticking on the back door. I just kept lubricating the damn thing. But eventually, there was a part that must have snapped off because the lock started to rattle and wouldn't close all the way. So I gave these guys a call and they came out and replaced the lock. Afterward, the tech said that there was a small screw that came loose and that if it were tightened when the problem first happened, i wouldn't have needed a replacement lock. Well, I didn't tell her about that, but next time I have a problem I'll just get it taken care of right there and then! more
