I don't care if it were raining, an appointment is an appointment! 7/14/2011

I setup an appointment at 10:00 in the morning for later on that afternoon and they didn't show up ontime! I specifically wanted to have all of this taken care of so I didn't have to wait around for a technician. I called them at 4:30 and they said that the tech was on his way. I mean it wasn't so bad, he was here a little past 5, but at least he was able to rekey the doors. more

Clarkdale's finest locksmith right here! 5/13/2011

Must have been the full moon or something. I left the keys on the seat of the car, then the doors locked. I couldn’t use the remote entry either because the battery had died. So i was kind of screwed! That is, until I called these guys. I had him open the door, and he even gave me a jump to start. I am very happy I found these people when I did.. more

Like a fella once said, “aint that a kick in the head!” lol. And that is so true, when someone loses their keys and need to get into the house after a long day. Good thing these guys are mobile. I called them at like 10pm and they were able to come out and let me in in no time.. Great service guys! more

Unbelievable! This is the third time in as many months that I broke the key to the front door! I mean, talk about sub-par material! This time I had these guys put in a new lock with a completely different key. It was some kind of heavy duty key with a muscle man on it! But whatever. All I know is that it was more expensive than your standard run of the mill lock, but this key isn’t going to snap in two! more

the good - receptionist was super nice and efficient. the locksmith that came out to open up my car was also adorable. bad side is it took them almost 30 minutes to get here so i guess i would recommend them just make sure to tell them it's an emergency so that they get to you faster :) more

I had what I thought was a fairly simple job i needed help with - I purchased a lock from home depot and thought I would be able to install it myself. After two hours of struggling with it I gave up and called them. They came after an hour and did the job very nicely and it was very cheap. more

Great ! Not only did he come and fixed the ignition key i had that for some reason would just refuse to start me car for me but they worked with me in getting the money back from my insurance company. lovely people - thanks so much fellow for helping me find these folks ! more

Professional service 1/21/2011

I couldn't think of a time when I needed someone to help me out so bad. Luckily I had my trusty android on me and I was able to lookup locksmiths when I lost my car keys. I wasn't even too sure of where I was exactly. But I was able to get someone out in a matter of an hour. it was all good. I wasn't thrilled about having to spend two hundred bucks on a new car key, but at least I was on my way. more

smart technicians! 1/15/2011

Initially, i called these other people. But after an hour of waiting, nobody showed up or even called! So I called these guys. It was nice to hear them call me back about fifteen minutes after my initial call and have someone confirm the appointment. They ended up showing up about twenty minutes after that. So all that waiting i spent before waiting for those other guys to come i'll never get back. But I'm glad that these guys took care of me in a very professional manner. more
