This was the WORST experience I've ever had with an online order. I ordered my order forms in June, it's September and I've never seen them. I placed the order and thought they'd come in July because of the 4 week turn around. Nothing. Called them, they said they'd be mailed next week. Then, nothing. I called and their voicemail system just reroutes you around to someone's "voicemail" who isn't available. The online customer support never answers you back. I had mailed them a check, for which I never received a receipt or confirmation but of course they cashed it. NEVER EVER EVER order from them, it's a scam and a half. I've never had to write a review like this, but I've wasted SO much time and money on this awful business it's infuriating to me. Pros: NONE. I placed an order for a hologram security sticker for an event, the beginning of March. Got sucked in by their webiste and 24 hour live chat. I was promised it would take about 4 weeks. I am still waiting. I try talking to live chat and they go silent. Spoke to one person at the customer service line, and he said my order would be shipped out the next week - nothing. Tried calling over and over, no answer. Their recording now says to email shipping about the status of orders. No response to many emails.
