When my husband and I first got here (about 6 months ago) we came with my husbands work buddies. Though we live relatively nearby, it's too far for my husband to drive to work from our home so we parked our trailer here. I wish we'd gone somewhere else. The pool has been shut down for much of the really warm time, the acclaimed ""catch and release pond"" has no fish because they all died and rose to the top a couple of months ago and it too James a week to do anything about it - during which time there was an awful stench! The internet has been down for many people in parts of the park. The garbage cans aren't emptied until they are stinky and overflowing. The light outside the bathrooms are constantly out and showers haven't drained well since I've been here so if someone is showering next to you, you get their dirt (etc.) all over your feet and lower ankles. Many of my husbands buddies report that women come knocking on their trailers for sex in the night. The grass is never watered except for the owners grass. The ants are out of control! (and I'm a Texas girl so I'm used to ants.) and lastly, so much of the building is rotten and in bad shape. Finally, if you need any help whatsoever, don't bother going to the owner/mgr after hours because he won't budge! This is not your average KOA and is a disgrace to the name! Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!
